Therapy is a personal journey, a space to show up freely as ourselves and express the thoughts and feelings we often keep bottled up. It’s a space where you can slow down, understand yourself better, be with your experiences, and make meaning that facilitates change.
As a psychologist, I am here to support you on this journey. My approach is humanistic and is driven by trauma-informed care, which aims to honour unique life histories while tailoring therapy to meet individual needs. I largely incorporate Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy with my clients, depending on their concerns and goals from therapy.
I specialise in working with adults who experience anxiety, mood-related concerns, trauma, loneliness, interpersonal and relationship difficulties and issues related to confidence, body image and self-esteem.
I believe each of us is the best expert on our own experiences. Together, we can explore your concerns with curiosity, compassion, and understanding to open up possibilities for change. My goal is to hold a space for every part of you to feel seen and supported, and to help you accept every aspect of yourself that makes you uniquely you.

Passionate about psychology, I entered this field with a singular purpose: helping people.
Having experienced therapy myself, I recognize the significance of a compassionate therapist who facilitates the exploration and integration of different aspects of oneself. My eclectic approach tailors to individual needs, with a focus on humanistic, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed care. I have experience providing emotional and psychological support to individuals during highly challenging times.
My specializations include trauma-informed therapy, where I am knowledgeable in approaches that recognize and respond to the impact of trauma, and queer affirmative therapy, where I am trained to provide inclusive and affirmative care to LGBTQ+ individuals, understanding the unique challenges they face. My areas of expertise encompass anxiety, coping skills, depression, grief, self-esteem, stress, trauma, relationship issues, academic stress, self-harm, social anxiety, and body image issues.
I am dedicated to helping my clients develop the tools and resilience needed to overcome these challenges, aiming to guide each individual towards a life that is not only more balanced but also deeply fulfilling. I am here to provide guidance and support every step of the way, offering a hand to help you navigate through your journey. I strive to create a compassionate and effective therapeutic environment where you will feel safe, understood, and supported.
